Positive: Lovely quiet place in the countryside not far from Urbino. Very clean and spacious bedroom and bathroom. Friendly and helpful host.

Negative: Water pressure in shower very weak.

Positive: We enjoyed our stay. Francesca was our host and very friendly and helpful. One of us (Americans) was learning Italian and enjoyed getting to practice speaking with her. The B&B was about a 10 min drive outside of the history city. Parking at the B&B was onsite and very easy. The room was comfortable. Air conditioning great. Breakfast good, with homemade jam. Views were very pretty, out of the window, and around the building in general. There was a problem with the internet which they resolved.

Negative: no elevator. nothing else.
