Positive: Very conveniently located right downtown near the busy port. Owner arranged street parking for us - thank you! A very generous, keen proprietor who wanted to make sure we had everything we needed. Breakfast was included, which was very nice (pastries, fresh fruit, juice, coffee, yogurt). Seemed newly renovated, was bright and clean. Had air conditioning, which was very necessary in a heat wave when we were there!

Summary: Excellent value for money, great location and lovely proprietor.

Negative: room is small and right on the street at ground level so can be a little noisy.
