Positive: From the very beginning, the host set the tone for our stay with warmth, kindness, and genuine care -a welcome contrast after the stressful experience we’d had at another property. What followed was nothing short of restorative. The house itself feels like a hidden retreat: peaceful, serene, and full of charm, with an atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. Our room was a delight - beautifully presented, comfortable, and enhanced by thoughtful touches such as a mini fridge stocked with reasonably priced snacks and beverages. The bathroom was equally impressive, with ambient lighting that created a calming glow, and elegant his-and-hers sinks and mirrors that gave it a touch of quiet luxury. Breakfast is something not to be missed. I won’t give away the details, but it was easily one of the highlights of our stay - well worth treating yourself at least once.
