Summary: We made a reservation in May however hotels.com didn't send our booking to the B&B owners and there were no vacant rooms available. However the owners did their best to find us another B&B in the vicinities. They found us an excellent B&B just a few blocks away called Etna flower. Thumbs up to Prima Classe owners.... totally disappointed with hotels.com especially since I tried to contact them and they never replied to my email. A word of advice - ALWAYS CHECK A WEEK IN ADVANCE DIRECTLY WITH THE ACCOMODATION THAT YOUR RESERVATION HAS GONE THROUGH.
