Positive: I liked everything, the apartment, the view from the balcony and the cleanliness. The owners Giovani and Antonella were very very nice and very friendly, me and my wife loved talking to them. They also gave us maps and told us about the places around. We arrived little late and Giovani came and picked us with his car from the bus station, and they clean the place everyday. The breakfast was nice and you can have it on the nice view of the lake and mountains. It was an excellent experience and we will do it again hopefully next summer. I recommend the place for anyone who wants to enjoy the time in Como and have a relaxing time, especially for couples and families. See you again Antonella and Giovani :)

Positive: My husband and I had a wonderful stay at B&B Val Valerna. Our room was very comfortable and clean, with a small balcony that had a beautiful view of Lake Como. Our hosts were exceptional. Very friendly and helpful…they really made us feel welcome. The breakfast was delicious. I would definitely stay here again.

Positive: The property was easy to find by car, although parking was a bit of a tight fit but readily available. The view from the room was spectacular overlooking the lake. The hosts were amazing and I loved our chats in the mornings over a delicious breakfast. Some may find the steps up to the property a bit of a challenge but for me it was all part of the special charm of the place.
Negative: Nothing really, possibly a better table in the room for working at but not a problem.

Positive: The place is nice, lake view and clean. Host is very friendly. The price is included stay and breakfast that host prepared a good nice breakfast. This place gave free water bottle, fruits, coffee and tea. Host is very kind and gave good information about traveling at Lake Como. Also suggested place to park a car for free at Bellagio.
Negative: Nothing but just to tell that place should have car so it will be easy to reach this place and have parking closed to.
