Positive: Lovely accommodation right opposite the city walls so perfect for visiting Lucca. Has on site parking which took the stress away from trying to park in the city. Lovely comfortable room and very clean. Breakfast was lovely and had lots of choice. The host was wonderful, so welcoming and friendly.

Positive: The 2 ladies are so nice, very friendly. You feel very welcome. The rooms and whole accomodation are very clean. It’s very close to the center of Lucca, walking distance. Free parking behind the house, within the garden A super breakfast In Lucca you can cycle I prefer Lucca, than Firence You have electrical charger for car in walking distance You can take train (8 euro) return ticket to Firence. Trainstation 20 min Honesty bar You have nice garden with tables and seats

Positive: Excellent location right at the entrance of Lucca’s historic center, making everything easy to access. The rooms are spacious, and the bathroom is very comfortable. What truly made our stay special were the hosts, who were incredibly warm, welcoming, and always helpful. They really go above and beyond. The breakfast was delicious and very generous. We absolutely loved our stay and cannot wait to come back!

Positive: What a lovely stay and so convenient to the wonderful city center of Lucca! If you like staying in authentic and beautiful old villas this is perfect. The rooms are spacious with tall ceilings and our bed was so comfortable. The decorations are also well thought out, each room with its own theme. The two helpful and friendly owners took very good care of us, and served a delicious breakfast, all homemade, with many choices. There is a nice seating area outside at the back, perfect for siesta time, as well as a lot of drinks and treats available at any time, for a nominal fee.

Negative: Unfortunately our room fronted the quite busy road that lies between the villa and the walls of old Lucca. There are many ambulances and a lot of traffic well into the night, so either request a room at the back or bring earplugs. Otherwise, a perfect stay!

Positive: The breakfast selection and quality was amazing, and the hosts are especially kind and helpful. The room I reserved with 2 beds was given to a larger party and the room I shared with my friend was not what we expected. Except for that error, all was wonderful.
