Positive: The breakfast selection and quality was amazing, and the hosts are especially kind and helpful. The room I reserved with 2 beds was given to a larger party and the room I shared with my friend was not what we expected. Except for that error, all was wonderful.

Positive: This place is an absolute delight. The position is excellent, the room was great and the facilities were super- really comfortable. A home from home. The breakfast was superb but best of all the two ladies who run it are brilliant- kind, friendly and super helpful. We wanted to buy local oil and wine. They organised places for us to go straight to the suppliers and so we got superb quality goods. Nothing is too much trouble and we would love to make a return visit.
Negative: Everything is great.

Positive: The 2 ladies at the property are just wonderful. Nothing is too much trouble. Very friendly. I think they make this place special Fabulous breakfast & good coffee. Excellent location, lovely Tuscan style property with a garden. Rooms are comfortable & full of character. Parking plentiful. Would highly recommend for a stay in Lucca, which is a lovely city. A very relaxed break.
Negative: Nothing.

Positive: The warmest of welcomes, both hosts were an absolute highlight, with broad smiles to greet us each day! Perfect recommendations for places to eat and drink that avoid the touristy stuff. The breakfast was one of the best we have ever had with home-cooked treats abundant and made to order as wished. Instructions to the spacious parking behind the house and access were excellent and the location is very convenient to Lucca’s centre on foot, and to and fro for exploring further afield. Bed was wonderfully comfy and the whole place has an aged charm that complements the city well. Truly excellent choice!
Negative: It did not bother us but the adjacent street can be noisy when cars are on the move.

Positive: This B&B is locate in a very convenient spot of town, just outside of the historic walls and a short walk to the old city center. The parking lot is a plus in a town like Lucca! Grazia and Giulia are awesome hosts, welcoming everyone in a super warm friendly manner, and cooking delicious breakfast.
