Positive: The place is quite close to the Peace Park as well as quite a few stores and very easy access to the trams. The apartment was clean and the amenities exceeded our expectations. Though we only stayed two nights, I wish I could have extended it. Despite other reviews mentioning the beds, the softer one was a dream, especially for a someone who had been walking for a few days. Staff was in constant contact regarding any small changes, which was appreciated. Also appreciated how many of the instructions were in English.

Positive: We were lucky to be on the 9th floor and enjoy an incredible view and brightness in the flat. It’s clean, fully equipped, close to everything from walking distance ! We loved it.

Positive: It was really great value and located so centrally - the Dome is just a 5 minute walk! It had a washer in the unit and the bathroom (with a bath) that has the capacity to dry clothes overnight - so helpful! It was cold when we arrived but the heating worked well and kept us warm in the snow. Also the staff I talked to via message were very kind and helpful.
Negative: The bed by the window was not as comfortable as the one in the middle of the room, it would be better to have two of the same type of mattress. The layout is a bit funny given the two double beds mean the sofa doesn’t face the tv but that is a minor detail really.
Summary: Brilliant value, would definitely stay again!

Positive: Excellent location, really close to peace park and some fantastic ramen spots! Family and Lawsons on each corner was really handy and the tram stop is a couple of mins away. The washer / drying room was a life saver for us! Dried our clothes in a few hours.
Negative: There was a slight draft from the windows which wasn’t too much of a problem but we could feel it when we were in bed. Maybe more of a problem in colder months. The two beds have very different mattresses, one is firm and comfortable the other is very soft and not so comfy.

Positive: This beautiful apartment is without doubt our favourite place we have stayed in Japan so far (2 weeks here/2 to go!) Appt is airy, flooded with natural light and has a small balcony to allow fresh air in which is hard to get here. The room is spacious and had two good sized beds, a little kitchen and good sized bathroom with a separate toilet room. Washing machine was handy too. So many thoughtful considerations and such good value. Easy walk to Peace park and local trams are only a few minutes walk about! Sorry we didn’t book for longer than 3 nights. A little oasis and staff were so helpful and accommodating. Thx for having us
Negative: One suggestion would be fitted sheets in the beds as flat sheets kept sliding off bed.
