Summary: Our stay was really good. We stayed here before, the location is perfect. The beach is lovely. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Lots of extra charges, Valet $55 at day, if you want umbrella with your beach chair $35, resort fee, and you have to leave a deposit when you check in.

Summary: Book the resort for 2 days for my 1 year anniversary check in went smooth when I got to the room I found roaches in the bathroom there was no trash can in the room, the mattress was dirty. I had call for some bottle of water comes to find out they only provide 2 bottles each day which is ridiculous.

Summary: Original room book was amazing until I went to get into bed and a condom fell out from under the blankets. Definitely felt uncomfortable and was disgusted. Was provided with another room, the bathroom is that one was not clean at all.

Summary: Room was smelly and not super clean. Balcony door did not lock and anyone could’ve accessed our balcony on the second floor with a roof right outside. Long lines at check in and Valet which was $55 a night. Location is close to the beach but that is probably the only upside of staying here.

Summary: Since we arrived we had trouble with the Valet, they said we could not have our stock Silverado parked because one of the employees had crashed one because they couldn’t drive big cars…. To find parking elsewhere!! What?? I booked the junior suite with ocean view that brought the sofa bed but when we entered the room, just two chairs near the window and the somewhat comfortable king bed. I notified the staff that we had the wrong room and they stated that was the only room available…. ?? Terrible The pool deck is in reconstruction so all you hear is the nails and hammers going while trying to enjoy the sun and drinks… they are in the 2nd week of 7 weeks of completion. Also, since all the pool chairs are jammed together my wife hit her knee into one chair and was walking around with a bump since the corner metal stabbed her. We notified staff but all that was said was sorry. The room smelled like sewage and we had to deal with it…. The staff were not helpful.

Summary: Overall good. The technology in the rooms ok but not state of the art. Ie no ability to stream to tv using your Netflix, Hulu etc.. Outlets for phone charges were loose and difficult to get power bricks to stay plugged in. Has to use wall outlets by tv For free WiFi had to provide email and agree to promotional emails … usually you can just connect using your room number and last name.

Summary: I wish they had more dining options. The restaurant and the bar in the lobby had the same menu. That being said the food we did have was all delicious. Service was excellent. The room seemed damp but was comfortable!

Summary: Would not recommend staying here. Paid resort fee to find to no towels left for the beach, the pool was packed, sofa bed not made up, phone not working, not enough towels for the room. Hotel manic, not relaxing and undeserving of a 4 star rating. Basic at best. Overpriced & staff overworked & no autonomy. Beach umbrellas not included in resort fee.,
