Positive: Location

Negative: We were on the 10th floor. Elevator was extremely slow and stopped everywhere on its way up and down. And then it would come up full so we had to wait for it to go down and up again and hope it will be empty.

Summary: In general I don’t recommend it. The stuff is nice but the property is old and in need of updating.

Positive: Very good location, extremely kind staff, fabulous breakfast, quiet room with nice views, comfy bed. The best place I've stayed in Madeira yet. It was perfect!

Negative: For first time visitors: the hairdryer is above the regrigerator, and the small box next to the TV is where you can plug your electric things to charge. It took a while while I realized...
