Positive: I really liked that instead of a regular room I had a bungalow in a beautiful garden full of birds, squirrels, and other animals. It was quiet and peaceful, and the staff were genuinely helpful. Overall, I enjoyed everything about my stay.
Negative: There was nothing I could complain about. Honestly, I don’t know what to write here because Booking requires three sentences, but there was nothing negative. Everything was fine and it did not affect my stay in any bad way.
Summary: A peaceful stay in a lovely garden bungalow with friendly staff and no complaints at all.

Positive: The Bungalows were very comfortable and clean, the restaurant was exceptional tasty (try the Mama Soup!). The staff was extremely friendly und took care of everything if wished. They also talked a lot with us, so it felt more like we were friends rather than guests :)
Negative: In the first days we had some mosquito problems, even if the staff gave us protection spray. But I don't really know what they could do more about it, maybe a fly screen door or something. Not really a complaint.

Negative: Actually. the location was not what I had thought it would be,..,even the Manager, Juliette mentioned that when I stepped out of the taxi, she wondered why I was there! The place is old and needs a total revamp...the bungalow, dark and depressing, one always had to have the lights on and the outer patio, very dark...depressing, at least for me! I decided to leave after 6 days( had paid for 15 days non refundable) as was not enjoying the experience and I went to the Chaweng Garden Beach Resort, right in town, on the beach and the room huge, bright and cleaned every day, with pool towels and personal towels changed daily. This move made my stay on Koh Samui so much better......I do not drive a scooter and the island rents them so cheaply, and you would need one to stay at the Baan Sukreep Resort for it is out of town, up a road off the main highway. Taxi service is expensive and if one wanted to go to a decent beach, Chaweng is the best you would have to pay for return 800 bahts..$30 dollars and a little more Canadian...too expensive...I would walk down the road to the main road and thumb a taxi..often had to wait a while. The breakfast was always the same....never a change in the fruit offering or the juice....quite boring! I would not recommend this resort to anyone who could not get around on a scooter and there is little to do there....one would have to get out daily to beach walk or go into town....disapponted but in a way glad that deciding to leave and stay at the Chaweng Garden Beach resort, was the one thing that made my trip to Koh Samui pleasant! Lots of mosquitoes too.....I didn't have an issue at the Chaweng Garden Beach resort with mosquitoes! I believe they need to rewrite their property description.....advising that it is very costly to not have the ability to ride a scooter and be subjected to the over priced taxi prices....there were red trucks that were sometimes available but you had to flag then down on the main highway!
