Positive: This is a tranquil and private property with a spectacular view. The beauty is sublime, the monkeys are mischievous, and the birds are amazing. The house is comfortable and the host both easy-going and on top of things, a nice combination. If you want to party all the time, this is not the house and it’s also not the Island. But if you want to relax in a wonderful private paradise this is it.

Negative: When it rains heavily, the road to the house can be tough. I had four-wheel-drive so it was not a big deal at all.

Summary: If I could have, I would have extended for a year.

Positive: This villa in the hills with privat pool is just perfect. We loved the view no matter if out of the bedroom when waking up or out of the pool. U can order food, cook yourself or visit just one of the near restaurants. It was fun watching the monkeys playing around the house while chilling in the pool.

Positive: Amazing villa, superb views and great help from Pete. V special place.

Negative: The views come at the price of a steep hill to get there! Not a problem but you need scooter / car for access, or the local 4x4 tuktuks can come collect you. Not a negative really but worth knowing.

Positive: Beautiful villa and pool, just like the pictures. quiet location which added to the beauty for us. Amazing views and just perfect. Mopeds are better for the hill although we did walk a couple of times. If walking beware of the monkeys at the bottom. Pete was great organised us a moped and good local recommendations. Evenings and New Year’s Eve at his bar; Why Not Bar. Great food at Pad Thai and the perfect chilled coffee spot at Tuesday Morning.

Positive: Fantastic place, worth every penny. Pool met our expectations as well as the villa. Very quiet area not far from the beach. All as per pictures. Lovely host always helpful with many tips, if questions needed answers are there too! I would recommend the place to all my friends.
