You are also a short 10-minute walk to one of the most desirable streets for dining and shopping on South Congress Avenue and a 2-minute walk to Big Stacy Park which features hiking trails and a playground.
THE HOME
The entire home has an open, flowing floor plan with an abundance of natural light in every room. This property is best suited for families, family reunions, business travelers, responsible bachelor/bachelorette groups, and those looking to getaway for some R&R. Disruptive party groups are not permitted.
The pool can be heated for $200/day (plus tax). Please provide 24 hours notice if you'd like to heat the pool.
