Positive: The breakfast is definitely a must, great variety of food.
Negative: I have to say, this was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I’ve had. The biggest issue was cleanliness. I had to change rooms twice because, immediately upon check-in, I found crumbs all over the carpet, plus dog hair and even dirt in the bathtub. This is completely unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one charging these rates. To make matters worse, when I reported the issue, an employee actually accused me of causing the mess myself. That was insulting and unprofessional. For clarity: I had no food with me, I don’t own pets, and I reported the condition of the rooms right after checking them. Instead of apologizing and addressing the situation properly, the staff chose to handle it poorly and dismissively. Eventually, after I pushed harder, they agreed to upgrade our room — but by then, the damage was done. The entire check-in process left a very bad first impression and set the tone for the stay. On top of that, something that isn’t clearly advertised: the spa is not included. Only the pools are free, and you have to pay extra to access the spa. While the spa itself is decent with a variety of saunas, it was crowded, and honestly, after the rocky start, it didn’t make up for the frustration. Overall, the experience was unprofessional, unpleasant, and far below expectations. I would strongly advise the hotel to retrain its staff in customer service and professionalism and to seriously review its cleaning standards, because the state of the rooms I was given is simply unacceptable. As a word of warning to future guests: I would personally choose a different hotel next time, or even consider heading to the Austrian Alps instead, where the service quality is noticeably higher and staff are far more friendly not arrogant and customer-focused.

Positive: Kasprowy is a stunning hotel — spacious and full of charm. From the moment you enter, you’ll fall in love with the high terraces and breathtaking views — perfect for a coffee, tea, or quick snack. The pool area is amazing, and it truly feels like a place to relax like a queen or king. All rooms offer gorgeous views and private terraces, adding to the overall experience. The hotel is also within walking distance of Zakopane’s center, making it both peaceful and conveniently located.
Negative: I really enjoyed my stay, and overall it was a great experience. One small point to mention: the elevators (there are three) are quite slow. While they can fit more than five people, it can be a bit frustrating when you’re in a rush. I was also surprised after dinner at the Grand Kasprowy restaurant to receive a handwritten bill on a piece of paper. I tried to explain to the waiter that this isn’t a professional way to handle payments, and I was hoping for an apology — but unfortunately, he insisted on his own explanation instead. A few small things, but they stood out during an otherwise lovely stay.

Positive: We had a lovely stay at the hotel overall. The food selection and quality were absolutely amazing – definitely a highlight of our trip. Our room was a bit small for three people, but the breathtaking mountain view from the window made up for it. One of the best features was the pool area – both indoor and outdoor pools were warm, clean, and very family-friendly, which we really appreciated. The location is also great, close to everything we needed. It was also nice to have baths in the bathrooms. Food at both restaurants was excellent.
Negative: The hotel itself is good, although it’s showing signs of age – the curtains had small holes and the bathrobes were quite worn out. Getting around the hotel was a bit of a struggle. It’s a large building but only two elevators were working, and they were incredibly slow – which made going up or down a frustrating experience.

Positive: Breakfast is a must! Good choices for ppl who don’t eat dairy and gluten. Kid friendly plates and foods. The attractions alone, there are amazing! Aqua zone is amazing, with the outdoor pool! Some hiking trails are also close. Tried the themed dinner and kids playground inside and both were amazing!
Negative: Lift is weird. We used stairs mostly, even after long hikes. And the parking fee is not amazing, but nice that they have options.
Summary: Good place to stay with a family.
