This 4 bedroom brick house has everything and more. It is walking distance to both Back and Bay Beaches.
With 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a 3rd toilet, this house is a great entertainer. The open plan dining and lounge area works well with the great size kitchen which is well equipped for all your cooking and entertaining needs. The lounge is complete with 75 inch plasma TV (Foxtel) with blu ray DVD player and bluetooth stereo.
There are two outdoor areas. The undercover area has the 6 burner BBQ and timber table and 10 chairs, so perfect for those summer afternoons. The other area is outside the dining room door, which is a lovely protected spot in winter. Then there is also the back yard for the kids to run around and kick a ball.
The yard is fully fenced, so there is plenty of privacy and security for the little kids.
The massive games room at the end on the driveway is a great kids/teenagers retreat. Also great for those adults that like a bit of competition. With table & chairs, to play the many board games on,
dart board, table tennis table, pool table and couches to sit on while you watch a movie
(from the many in house to select from) on the 50 inch TV (Foxtel) with DVD player.
So if the weather isn't so good, the kids can go to their space and the parents are left in peace inside.
Bedroom 1 has a queen size bed and 80 cm TV with built in DVD player.
Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed.
Bedroom 3 has a double bed with a single bunk on top and another single bed.
Bedroom 4 has 3 x single beds.
Porta Cot and High Chair are provided.

Altogether the house sleeps 11 people.

Being situated in the narrowest part of the Peninsula you have a choice of bay beach or ocean beach.
Walk up Hughes road to the Koonya Ocean Beach where the entrance is to the National Park.
The beautiful walking tracks are there for you to explore the wonderful coastline that is "The Peninsula". Walk the track to the Coppins Back Beach for a coffee at "All Smiles".
Or walk to the calm and child friendly bay beach.
Stroll to the famous "Koonya General Store" where you can get your morning paper and a fresh coffee for the stroll home. The store stocks all your basic grocery needs, ice, gas bottles etc.
A couple of minutes by car and you are in the main street of Sorrento. Have a coffee or some lunch, maybe dinner and a movie. Otherwise just wear yourself out with the endless shops.
Take a day trip to one of the many wineries for a tasting or board the Sorrento Ferry for a trip to Queenscliffe.

Summary: We had a wonderful 7 night stay. Amazingly stocked kitchen with all the spices, oil, condiments, Glad Wrap etc that you could need. We loved the games room and the 2 outdoor seating spaces. Perfect for our 2 families. Would 100% recommend and stay again!

Summary: A perfect house to accomodate our 2 families. Our second time here and we absolutely love it! Jo provides all that is required to make you feel like you’re at home. Our teen children enjoyed the games room as did the adults!The kitchen is fully equipped so you can cook a meal for many or check out the takeout menus provided for those lazy days. Easy walking distance to Koonya beach and a short car trip to the Sorrento Main Street, Back Beach Bliss is truly a home away from home. We’ll be back! Thanks again Jo.

Summary: Jo is a fabulous host! the property was impeccably maintained. We were in town for a family event and it suited our purpose perfectly. Plenty of room for a family to stretch out yet close to everywhere you want to be and everything you want do. The space both inside and out provides ample opportunity and much room for the family to get together and have fun. Jo provides everything you need for a comfortable stay. From requisite condiments necessary for cooking and accessories the shower and bathroom. There really isn't any item that Jo hasn't thought about to make your stay the best that it can be. I would highly recommend for any family that wants to make their stay in Sorrento a memorable experience. Bravo Jo!

Summary: Our family has stayed at this well appointed home three times now and we absolutely love this house. The location is brilliant for beach walks and it’s only a short drive into Sorrento. The highlight of this house is the fantastic games room which keeps teenagers and young adults entertained. Jo has set this house up thoughtfully for her guests and has added little details to make the house feel like home. It is a perfect holiday house for two families, especially families with older teenagers or young adult children. We will be returning again next year!

Summary: Property was very well equipped and layed out. Whole place was very clean. The games room was fantastic with great entertainment for our 7mth old, 3yr old and 5yr old. Adults were very happy with the magazines and options for outside or inside leisuring. The pod coffee maching was great for this tired mum of three.
