Summary:
Located in the heart of Madison and less than 10 min to Redstone and Space Ctr, this home features a large master suite with luxury walk-in steam shower! It also boasts over-sized family room & dining room, fully equipped kitchen with butcher block countertops and stainless steel appliances. A huge fenced in yard perfect for children & pets. Nestled in a quiet residential community, large parties NOT allowed. TV, Wifi, Roku, grill, and washer & dryer all included. Tons of parking!
The Space:
The entire house is fully furnished. The kitchen is packed with all the essential cooking utensils, pots, pans, dishes you name it! Enjoy our comfortable memory foam beds, fine quality linens, and all the amenities of a hotel, without the hotel price or generic stay. This is our house and YOUR home!
Guest Access:
You will be given complete use of the entire house.
The Neighborhood:
This warm and inviting home is nestled in one of the best school districts in Madison which means it will be safe and secure yet still minutes to all of Huntsville's and Arsenal's great attractions.
Getting Around:
We recommend driving and have parking for our guests however, Uber and Lyft service the area as well.
Other Things to Note:
We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 21 years of age to book.
If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
Interaction with Guests:
We want to provide our guests with maximum privacy and flexibility, so we have check-in and check-out automated. We will call and touch base on the phone, and we can always have someone come and help if you need it, but otherwise, we will leave you and your friends and family to spend time together.

Summary: The house was in a great location, close to extended family that lived in the area, The size of the house was great, the backyard was peaceful and it was pleasant to sit on the back deck. However, the pictures did not reflect the furniture that is currently in the house. The furniture is old and very worn. The dining room chairs were very stained. There were brackets for TV's on the walls with no TV's. It made the house feel like an unfinished project. The renovated bathrooms were great but the rest of the house was a bit lacking. If the pictures had truly represented the state of the furniture, we would not have rented it. Fortunately, we didn't spend a lot of time at the house and it was conveniently located. This could be an amazing property but it needs attention.

Summary: Although our reason for visiting was a sad one, the house was just what we needed for our stay. The property was clean and ready for visitors. We had a minor hiccup which was dealt with by the property manager right away. Everyone in my group appreciated how the house felt like home. The deck allowed meals outside and a safe space with the enclosed back yard. There was more than enough seating and spaces for us to find a quiet nook to relax.The location was perfect because it was central to shopping, Bridge Street, and access to I-565/253/University Dr. My only issue which has nothing to do with the property managers is that the road the house is on being so busy which could be dangerous if you have little ones. Would definitely book again!

Summary: Overall the house was nice plenty of room. Needs more washcloths, there was no kitchens towels. I’m a clean freak and I know everyone isn’t like me, but the house wasn’t clean. Some of the dishes were not clean. Large back window in kitchen I loved it but it was dirty. The master bathroom shower was amazing, now I want one . The backyard was fenced in it was a big yard, loved sitting on the deck watching our dog fetch the ball

Summary: Me and my family enjoyed the stay it was spacious and a great location for our visit to the Space and Rocket museum. Extra bonus for the backyard with a playground. Me and my family will stay again.

Summary: When we arrived the trash cans were overflowing and there were additional trash bags on the drive way. There was also trash scattered on the front lawn including a used diaper.

Summary: This home is overpriced. Pictures are deceiving. Not clean, baseboards filthy, floors weren't clean when we entered. We saw other peoples hair still on bathroom floor. Dusty. This house has an old house odor, maybe mold. Yard not well kept for dogs. No blankets for warmth, no decent cookware, no steak knives. Did I say way overpriced. Left 1 day early couldn't stand the smell. Very disappointed.
