Positive: Very clear directions for arriving late at night- host left us a map pinned to her front door so we could find our cottage. Beautiful grounds, comfortable bed, loved waking up with the skylight! Dog friendly a huge bonus, especially including bowls and a handful of treats. Breakfast was refreshing- nice to have fresh fruit cut up in fridge and ready to go. Extremely quiet!
Summary: Cozy, comfortable stay in woods close to Middletown- gorgeous scenic drive to peaceful cottage.

Positive: It’s quiet and a wonderful get away. The room was clean. The host was cordial. Nice and communicated clearly.
Negative: No internet at all. Property is off the beaten path. It should state that in the description. The yard was unkempt. I thought she could have at least swept the pine needles off the deck and wiped off the outdoor table and chairs.
Summary: It was relaxing and if you are seeking solitude a nice place to stay. I thought it was overpriced for what we received.
