Positive: The property was great. Close to everything we needed and perfect for my husbands birthday celebration.

Negative: The plastic covers on the pillows in the master bedroom were hot and the pillowcases didn’t fit so they kept coming off. Also the bright LED lights on the ceiling fan and both lamps. The other rooms had softer incandescent lighting. You should consider changing. We had to use the closet light.

Positive: The outdoor area was EXCELLENT!! Spent 80% of our downtime outside. Pool was clean, furniture was so comfortable. Even had a sink outside under the covered porch. They thought of absolutely everything. Even had a Bluetooth speaker. All top of the line decor,fixtures,bathrooms,kitchen were well equipped. Huge TVin the living room. We also really loved the pool table in the enclosed garage. Lots of good family time!

Negative: Pillows could have been nicer. Not very plush😞

Summary: Perfect family vacation house for a much needed vacation

Positive: The house was great! There was so many activities to keep all ages entertained, plenty of space, very updated & felt like a real Florida vibe! We had bad weather but there was plenty to do at the house since we didn’t get many beach days. Location was quiet and close to tourist attractions and local places too. Check in and out was very easy, house manual was easy to read and understand. House was totally spotless, beds and furniture were super comfy, plenty of comfy blankets (hate staying at an Airbnb and having uncomfortable blankets… I love sleeping with fuzzy blankets and good pillows! The house had both in every room). The hammocks were absolutely wonderful for relaxing and reading. Loved the covered porch so we could still be outside when it was raining.

Negative: Nothing, property was wonderful.

Summary: Loved our stay at the backyard Oasis, will definitely stay again if we’re in the area !

As a first time owner of a seasonal vacation home in beautiful Florida, Michelle provides a peaceful and tranquil place, which is truly a hidden gem. A credit to Michelle and her team. It has become ‘our home’ in PSL. From the moment you walk into the home, the peacefulness envelops you like a soft warm blanket. You have three spacious bedrooms with extremely comfortable beds and quality bed linen, two bathrooms and a tv in each bedroom. The living room and kitchen are spacious with top of the line appliances and much more. Be ready to be wowed! The backyard with lanai and pool are ready to welcome you. Every detail well thought out for families and children. Take a deep breath as this backyard oasis is ready to take you on a journey. It beckons you to relax and forget the long drive from anywhere to PSL. You feel every sore muscle and pain you arrived with, melt away. From your first cup of coffee watching the sun rise to the last moment of your day, closing your eyes and listening to the bamboo trees singing you a lullaby. This home is located in a quiet and mature area of PSL. Walking distance to grocery stores, pharmacies and restaurants.

Negative: The only think we didn’t like was the fact that we had to return to cold Toronto Canada. We have been renting homes in PSL for many years but we quickly realized when an owner doesn’t think of their home as simply a rental but your own home for the duration of your stay. Well done Michelle!
