Summary: Very nice hotel! Includes a buffet breakfast and airport transfer. Easy walking distance to the downtown area, but also has several shopping centers right next to the hotel. If you’re lucky enough to be there on the weekend, there is a small food market directly behind the hotel. The hotel can also arrange a number of tours for you. I did the Temburong National Park tour and a boat tour to see Proboscis monkeys.

Summary: Staff and people in Brunei are so nice and kind. One hiccup was my us credit cards didn’t work there. Maybe, it was my mistake of not telling banks about my travel. But fortunately I can make another reservations on spot. Staff there was trying to help me for a couple of hours after midnight. I appreciate their help. Also, for the side note, you can use Singapore dollars in Brunei. Overall, my visit was great and the room was very spacious too.

Summary: Nearby shops have place for breakfast and shopping, however to reach to the shopping area, there is no convenient steps/small stairs to pass through the drain.
