Complete access to entire cottage, plus approx 5 acres immediately surrounding dwelling. Ample parking for ski boats, caravans and trailers. Fully furnished, aircon/heating, kitchen, BBQ and outdoor area. Only 10 minutes from beautiful Lake Nagambie and all the water sports it has to offer. Alternatively, explore bush trails, the historic Tabilk and Mitchelltown wineries, or the many fishing spots along the Goulburn river.
Kitchen with large fridge, microwave, frying pans and convection cooker. BBQ in outdoor area. You are expected to clean the facility to the same cleanliness when you arrived, A $100 cleaning fee will be deducted from your deposit if you fail to do so.
