Negative: Furniture is run down. Need a fresh coat of paint. Sound proof between bedrooms and rest of rooms almost non existent.

Positive: I arrived for a convention that was happening at Palais de Congres, and this place was perfect. It was right next to the convention center and Chinatown which had many good restaurants. The facilities were clean and much more varied than I had initially anticipated. Washer/Dryer was definitely appreciated by my friend who used it after a spill with a iced matcha tea.
Negative: Would've been nice to actually see reception or any staff at all. It would've helped in acquiring any extra pillows/blankets that we may have needed over our stay. We didn't have some amenities like shampoo but that's not really a big deal overall.
Summary: Perfect location, very nice room. Will definitely stay again when I come back next year.

Positive: Location for conference centre - Was attending a conference at the Convention centre and the Bakan is ideally located for that - literally on the doorstep
Negative: Access could have been better explained / signposted and the area is a favourite for homeless who were occasionally noisy into the early hours

Positive: OMG, the room was so clean and the bed was amazing. The parking is just two steps away from the entrance door. The apartment is amazing, honestly! We slept wonderfully, and the bathroom was great. OMG, anytime I go to Montreal, I will be booking here. Thank you for such a great stay!
