Summary: This apt was a great choice for my family (2 adult children and my husband). We stayed 3 nights. The location for tourist attractions was perfect, parking nearby was cheap and convenient and while that section of Rue St Catherine is under major construction, the noise was very manageable with earplugs or headphones in the morning while trying to sleep in- and pretty mundane/easy to ignore at other hours. Our apt was street facing and I was worried at first, but it was a non-issue. Construction also wrapped up every day by 4 or so. The apartment itself was very well appointed (kitchen was well stocked and bathrooms all have lovely showers with shampoo/conditioner, etc. the athletics were as pictured and very nice though showing some wear. There were a few minor nuisances that needed about 1/2 day of maintenance to restore to like new. Check in was very straightforward and o received all necessary instructions through this app. The sidewalks are super busy and with the construction there are sometimes people lingering in the doorway- but a simple “pardon” was all it took to access the keyless entry. It seems like most apartments in tha area function the same way and i didn’t feel threatened or unsafe or anything. The individual apartments are also keyless which is convenient, but I would have appreciated the addition of a security chain or deadbolt for when we were in the space. Overall highly recommend!

Summary: The Good: - The interior of the unit was generally quite clean. - The unit was largely well-appointed, except for a couple of missing items in the kitchen. - The location, if you fancy this part of the city, was good. There's access to shopping, events etc. We stayed here because the proximity to the work event we were attending. If not for this, we would have avoided Sainte-Catherine Street, which is quite loud and busy. The Bad: - The check-in process was confusing. We tried to use their website but were asked to upload front/back photo ID for everyone staying with us (My wife, our baby, and myself). When I couldn't complete the process, I called the number for the property and was instructed to skip the online process and text him pictures of my ID which I wasn't comfortable with. - We also asked for a crib, which was listed as available. The person said this was fine and to text them the next day to confirm, which I did, but never heard back. - We got a message checking-in on our stay but this was the last day of a 5-day visit and 2 hours before we got the check-out email. Too little, too late. - The main issue was the noise. This unit was loud. There is a large AC unit directly outside the bedroom window which could be heard throughout the entire unit. - There's a pass thru door in the living room that has no sound proofing at all meaning we heard everything in the neighbouring unit (family of 5 with 2 kids and a baby), TV noise, talking, doing dishes, everything.

Summary: The entrance wasn’t too hard to find, there’s always people standing at the main entrance smoking and blocking your way. Location wise is alright, the ad didn’t note the huge construction project going on in the area so it’s very busy, noisy and inconvenient. A few sketchy instances where we had people follow us home, seems like all types of people in the area. Place overall was alright, note only 1 bedroom has a door, the other was open walk through. Blinds were not working either, needs a bit of maintenance I feel like.

Summary: A little confusion with check-in. Did not realize I had to contact the host for an access code to front door, was not advised of this by Expedia. Once we got into the apartment everything else was great.

Summary: Clean and easy access with coded locks. Close to all the shops, short walking distance to Bell Centre, and a nice jaunt to Old Montreal and Mont Royal. Would definitely stay there again.
