Summary: The front desk person Peter was incredible. Very accommodating, always smiling and interactive with us. When a timing mistake for transportation was made to get to the Rammstein concert Peter quickly solved the issue. Made us feel welcomed

Summary: It was overnight trip to Klagenfurt, i choose this hotel second time, and will use it in future. Nice relaxing spas.

Summary: Almost perfect. Super room. Very friendly staff. Great gourmet food. Complimentary bicycles are not appropriate for a longer tour, should be improved. Rather unfriendly front desk lady at check out... Ask for an hour late check out and got just 30 Min “11:30 as maximum”...
