Positive: The room is decent. The double bed can fit 2 people but a bit uncomfortable since my partner is tall the bed is not fit for him. Location is okay since it’s only 5-min walk from the hotel

Negative: Staff doesnt know how to handle concerns. Like the noise. They should be sensitive if past 10pm they should initiate already to control noise since some wants to sleep already. Room is sooo basic for the price. No slippers, no proper storage for bags the wooden box when I opened it the cover crashed and the inside is so dusty. There is also no drainage in the toilet area so it is wet the entire time due to the splashes from the sink.

Summary: Not value for money. Front desk Staffs are not trained to handle guest concerns

Positive: Our room was upgraded to family room. It was spacious, A/C is a 100% for the summer weather. I love that we are located in front of the pool area which is also a lovely plus! Our little trooper dog was received pleasantly too! Breakfast is 10/10 too! 10 minutes easy walk to the beach.
