Positive: Great location, views from the balcony were amazing with comfortable sun loungers for relaxing in the sunshine, the terrace was also very spacious and great for sitting out with a morning coffee. Kitchen area was fully equipped, with a big fridge and utensils etc, nice, spacious apartment overall. Our host Scoud was so friendly and helpful, he was always available if there were any problems and even helped us with surfboard rental, car hire etc. Highly recommend as a place to stay.
Negative: Everything was good for our stay, only thing to note was no air con, but maybe fans provided in hotter months.

Positive: The view from the balcony was spectacular. It was close to town and all the shops and restaurants etc
Negative: The bathroom could do with some improvements.. the shower leaks all over the floor. The entrance door was difficult to open and close.

Positive: Handling key smooth and reliable. Spectacular huge balcony above the surf. Can sleep outside below the stars on provided wicker sofas. Variety of cafés and restaurants (setback, only one of them serves beer and wine) just next door on the walkway overlooking the Atlantic. In short: the balcony makes this place absolutely worthwile.
Negative: Apparently they keep refurbishing this place. Kitchenette already brandnew. Else, status now: tiny bathroom and toilet crammed between the rooms. Mattresses intensely used. Lots of messy staff stacked in corner of balcony. Installed camera (monitoring balcony?).
