Positive: Located in a great location, could walk everywhere to experience Madrid. The apartment had everything required and was fitted out with beautiful decor. Maria was very helpful and requirements to provide necessary documentation that Spanish authorities require these days.

Positive: Lovely well equipped apartment . We stayed 2 nights and didn’t use the metro to visit places, we walked everywhere. Quiet location with some nice bars close by. Would recommend it.

Positive: Perfect spot to stay close enough to the action in the center of Madrid but strategically located in a cozy slightly busy but quiet area especially once you close the windows of the apartment. The guest Mari was always available to answer questions and a kind person. Would definitely recommend this place especially if your goal is to explore the city and just come back to rest and sleep well. Would stay there again if back in Madrid

Negative: It's not a negative point at all. But Hot water can be tricky. If you like your shower hot it's not recommended you set it hot but set it just warm enough or it'll run out very fast especially for two people. So do not blame the place for that, just be mindful of it I guess. We let Mari know and she will look into it to make it better :)

Positive: Very central place. Clean. And easy to get the keys.

Negative: Bed is too small/ short: i’m 1m85 and had to lay diagonally in bed for my feet not to stick over the end. Luckily i was alone, impossible to sleep with two persons. The street is quite noisy, so not a possibility to sleep with the windows open.
