Positive: I enjoy The Signature location and the fact that there is no casino on site. Great balcony with stunning views. The bed was comfortable and I had good sleep.
Negative: The balcony was very dirty. The host mentioned that there was a storm that led to this but regardless, it was pretty filthy and there was a mop and bucket left on the balcony. The room had a smell that I thought was smoke (the room was cleaned but the smell was still there a bit.)

Positive: Good home base for exploring Las Vegas Strip. We stayed 2 nights primarily to see concert at The Sphere. Note that view from the room and bed is mostly of the tall hotel towers across the street and you need to go out onto the balcony to see the Sphere and more of LV. I really appreciated having the balcony both for view and to check on how weather felt. This would be an even better value if you stayed a bit longer. It had kitchenette with drink frig, stove top, microwave, and some dishes which would be useful for longer stay. There is ~$100 cleaning fee which for 2 days was a wash with the ~$50/day "resort fee" most hotels charge (for no real value) so cost was a wash for 2 nights. We didn't check out pool (which looked basic) or fitness. There was only a set of bath towels so not sure pool towel situation. Meeting with owner to get key was easy. Room feels very much like a hotel studio room including decor. See photos for view from Balcony - I did get great photos zoomed in on the Sphere but you can see how far away Sphere is in attached photos.
Negative: Exiting room is through MGM which takes you further away from the Paris/Bellagio/Venetian direction or down the car entrance onto side street which has long waits to cross street. LV Strip area isn't very pedestrian friendly oddly. Also note car entrance was sometimes really backed up so if calling Rideshare you might want to allow extra time. Cleaning could be better - scrub shower grout and dust under the table at end of bed but generally fine. Pillows were also a bit plump for my preference but there were extra linens and pillows which was appreciated. Definitely a bit of walk to get anywhere but that's Las Vegas. We did walk to Sphere both along strip and along the unbuilt area (near F1) and felt OK/safe but neither is a great walk.

Positive: We loved the view and especially the jacuzzi tub and overall everything was perfect the way we wanted it. The bed, tv and cleanliness was what made the experience worth it all.
Negative: The only thing was the long walk to mgm and the monorail. If you want to park your car I'd suggest just spending the money for valet and lyft/uber/taxi to wherever you need to go because parking at the mgm garage is way to far with luggage. You'll still enjoy your time here.

Positive: We had an absolutely amazing time for our son's 21st birthday. Beautiful balcony view of the sphere, perfect location. Only about a 10 to 15 minute walk to the strip. There's a walkway straight to the MGM. Our host was absolutely amazing and very accommodating. Definitely recommend the signature at MGM.

Positive: Great choice for Vegas! The apartment is really cozy and there are decent facilities, e.g. gym. The owner was really kind and helpful with everything. The location is perfect with easy access to MGM and the Strip. The balcony is fab with great views and there is even a nice big jacuzzi.
Negative: It would be nice to add a kettle so easier to make coffee / tea.
