Summary: I think Chris is an owner. Spoke to him on phone an was extremely honest and welcoming. Great value here. Some renovation but did not affect my stay. I wish i remembered the guys name at front desk-he was awesome-7-2-25

Summary: I have trouble rating this hotel. It is undergoing MAJOR renovations. The rooms were excellent, but could use lamps on/near the nightstands. The desk chair had some stains and wear and some facial tissues in the room would be nice. The hallways are a completely different story. There was no air conditioning. On the hottest day of the year (when I arrived), the air in the hallways was absolutely stifling. Also no elevator in the building. Lugging all of my stuff out of my car and up the stairs to the second floor room through the stifling hallway made me appreciate the modern (and well-functioning) A/C in my room all the more.

Summary: Under renovation. Our room was great! Bed was comfortable, room clean, pet friendly; however no mini fridge (microwave, and coffee maker in the room). Our view was towards the middle of the property where everything was torn down, old sinage was left in the walkway, construction right outside the door. I saw other recent reviews about the construction, it seems not much has changed since those reviews. We only stayed to be closer to the hospital for an early morning procedure.

Summary: Newly renovated room. Bed was very comfortable. Lots of parking. Very friendly desk clerk. Quick check in.

Summary: The stay was just ok. It appeared that it was being renovated so the place would likely be nicer when renovations are completed.

Summary: There was no phone in the room. Turned out that the hotel didn't have phone service at all. You had to walk out to the front desk if you wanted anything. No chair in room. When I requested one, they delivered a chair that was so stained and worn, I had to drape in towels. Front desk staff were polite and tried to be helpful. I think they were left in an untenable position.
