I am delighted to welcome you to this spacious comfortable accommodation with well proportioned reception rooms and off street parking for 2 (or 3) cars.
This ex Ambassadors residence has a magnificent entrance hallway is a particular feature with marble tiled floor and gentle curving ellipse.
A staircase to the upper floors with a feature dome provides outstanding natural light to the epicentre of this home.
Located in a first class city centre location with restaurants, public houses and shops within a 5 minutes walk.
Upon arrival guests will enjoy immediate access to the house.
There are 2 off street car parking spaces but please reverse in as it is easier.
We have previously parked 3 cars in the yard when needed, but it a squeeze.
The House has 4 bedrooms,
All the bedrooms are ensuite, with hotel quality mattresses and linen.
Also, each bedroom has its own TV with access to entertainment such as Sky satellite or Netflix.
Guest Bedrooms;
The Master bedroom has a 6 foot Super king bed and also a single bed in the large private walk-in dressing room. Its ensuite has both a shower and a jacuzzi.
Bedroom 2 has a 5 foot kingsize bed and a single bed. Its ensuite has a shower.
Bedrooms 3 has a 5 foot kingsize bed and a shower in its ensuite.
Bedrooms 4 has a 5 foot kingsize bed and a shower in its ensuite.
The kitchen and dining room are ready for 12 people to dine at the same time.
Cooking facilities include a 4 ring ceramic hob, Oven, combi microwave oven, fridge/freezer, a toaster, a kettle and a dishwasher.
The Laundry room has a separate washer and dryer. With an iron and ironing board for a more formal finish.
The Living room enjoys a 49" TV which has Sky satellite with boxsets (a wide selection of TV series on demand)
and a very comfortable leather settee suite which can seat 8 people.
Guest access
Guests may enjoy the full freedom of the house with 24 hour access.
Late arrivals are not a problem.

Summary: Martin's home has everything a small group needs for a very comfortable stay in Dublin. The residence is in a very nice neighborhood about a mile from central Dublin. It is an easy walk or about an 8 to 10 Euro cab fare to all the main sights. The house is located next to a primary school, but we only heard recess noise if we were outside or had an open window or door. There is also a nice patio behind the house that was perfect for morning coffee or evening wine. Martin could not have been a better host. His communications with us were always prompt and very helpful. The house was very clean and had plenty of everything our group of six needed for our six night stay. The largest suite is on the top floor (up 2 flights of stairs), and the other 3 suites are located on the middle floor (up 1 flight of stairs). The kitchen, living room, dining room, patio, utility room, and an additional bathroom are on the ground floor. The house also has a nice washer and dryer on the ground floor, which was a great plus. I absolutely recommend this residence if you need a place for 6 to 8 (maybe even 10) people, want a safe neighborhood, and do not mind a little walking or taxi ride (very easy to get a taxi) to central Dublin. Summary: Great house. Comfortable rooms, excellent facilities. Some construction in the neighbourhood, but the house was worth it. You need to be okay with stairs.

Summary: Thank you to Martin for a great stay. This is a spacious and well maintained house in a terrific neighborhood. Short walk to lots of amenities and restaurants. We loved Saba for Thai food, Bloom, Avador, all nearby. A short walk or bus ride for Dublin hop on hop off bus tour and other tourist attractions, canal, parks, Dublin horse show, and more!

Summary: Great location! Plenty of room for the eight of us. Martin greeted us and showed us around the house. He was super friendly! The only one thing that wasn’t great was the construction noise early in the morning nearby. Of course, that will not be a problem long term for others.

Summary: The property and management are first class all the way. Martin replies to queries extremely quickly and helpfully. The house is very clean, airy, bright, and well furnished. The kitchen is nicely stocked, with very good quality cookware, flatware, dishes, and appliances. And the mattresses are very very good. I'd recommend the house to any one and would love to say again someday.

Summary: Renting this property worked out beautifully for us. We were four couples traveling together and each couple basically had their own master bedroom. The spacious living room and kitchen gave us a place to congregate and relax. We were able to cook our own meals and do our own laundry which came in very handy. This place was perfect for us.

Summary: Our family had planned a trip to Ireland for almost a year. We wanted to make this a visit of a lifetime for my mom, and so we had many family members are interested in going. In the process of booking this beautiful home, we had many messages going back and forth with Martin, who is very professional and patient. As it turned out, we had to change some of the details of who was coming and not coming due to illness back home, but he took it all in stride. Everyone loved staying in this historic home. Plenty of room, gorgeous decor and at the same time, very comfortable. The home is in a central Location. Close to many attractions. I highly recommend this property. Martin is very helpful, professional, and the home is very comfortable and beautiful.

Summary: This lovely home was a great fit for a family celebration. Loved the location as it is so close to shopping and some really wonderful restaurants. Martin was always accessible and very helpful. Highly recommend this rental.

Summary: The property is as nice as the photos and descriptions. We had easy access to all the tourist sites/destinations- a 5-7minute walk to one of 2 bus stops would get even the less vigorous into the middle of Dublin. We comfortably slept 7, and could have added 2 parents/1child without feeling cramped. There is plenty of room to spread out, including a nice outdoors patio. There are some wonderful restaurants in the immediate area. Martin was the perfect host- he greeted us to show how the appliances work (useful coming from the US), and to give us a tour. He was available, though no issues arose. We would certainly stay here again when returning to Dublin.

Summary: The house is spacious with a very nice outdoor patio. The beds are very comfortable, very important after a long day sight seeing. The neighborhood is really nice with great restaurants within strolling distance. Beautiful canal one block over, so picturesque. We had a great stay, Martin is very attentive and helpful. Great place to stay.
