Summary: We rented this house because of the wonderful space it had. We were in town for our daughters graduation and had hoped to have family that was traveling over afterwards to have some snacks & visit, but we weren't allowed to do this. The yard needed mowed, two beds didn't have top sheets on them, kitchen counter needed wiped down when we arrived, each bathroom had one towel but there was a basket of unfolded towels in the basement. Overall the house was a nice place to stay, we just had hoped we could use it as if it was home away from home.

Summary: The house is nice and spacious. We were in town for our daughters graduation and had several family members traveling and had hoped to have everyone over after graduation for snacks & to visit, but were not allowed. I rented the house because of all the wonderful space it had and was disappointed that we weren't able to use it. The yard needed to be mowed, two of the beds didn't have top sheets on them and we had to wipe down the kitchen counter before we could put anything on it. The bathrooms had one towel each in them, but there was a basket of unfolded towels down in the laundry room.

Summary: House was fine, plenty of space, and the downstairs remodeled and new. Kitchen is very old, and we had trouble with the oven. There was a cast-iron pan full of grease in there. We noticed a broiler pan in the oven, but thought nothing of it, so we heated the oven to cook. Apparently the broiler pan had grease in the bottom, and it smoked up the kitchen. When we tried to remove it, we found the grease, as it spilled and burned me on the foot. Under the pan was yet another pan with burnt food on it as well. We pulled these items out and left a note about it for the owner/cleaner. We are not sure these were even noticed when the cleaning crew went through. Other than these issues, the house was fine and slept us all well.
