Summary: While the room was good quality for the price, the mattress itself was very uncomfortable. My husband and I barely got any sleep. It was an overnight stay so we didn’t mention anything to the concierge. We were very disappointed.

Summary: The staff was very courteous especially since I had called and had special instructions that were not in the system, the woman at the desk that checked in me was great. WE travel to several casino hotels and have never been charged $25 for a one hour late check out??!!! stop it
