Summary: I booked this online like many others have done. I was traveling with my son for a lacross tournament. After the tournament ended we went to the hotel only to find out that they had overbooked and they had no double queen bed rooms available. After about 20 minutes mind you now it is 8:30 at night. They finally were able to put us in a one king bed room. Sharing a bed with my 16 year old son is not the best because he moves a lot. After he finally took a shower and I cleaned myself up we went to the restaurant that was above the casino on the second floor. We sit down and someone had pulled the fire alarm. So for 20 minutes or so the alarm was going off and it was getting quite annoying. Finally it went off and we finished our meal. After leaving the restaurant we found out that the elevators were not working because of the fire alarm. That wouldn't have been much of a big deal except that I use a mobility scooter and I can't just take it down the stairs. My son and one of the gracious employees were able to carry my scooter down a flight of stairs, which I slowly got myself down. so we could get back to our room. If it wouldn't have been for the overbooking I probably would actually stay at this place again.

Summary: It's the same quality as most casinos. Everything smelled Smokey and everything is geared to get you out of the room and into the casino. However bed was very comfortable

Summary: Loved the room and the small indoor pool. The bed and pillows were wonderful and the bathroom was clean and modern. The restaurants are in the casino and other than the Dunkin’ Donuts you need to walk through the smoking section to get to the restaurants. There were 7 of us and everyone enjoyed their meals.

Summary: We have recently had to book handicap rooms and this was nice and big bathroom was huge. The only thing we suggest is a non moving chair the one in room swivels made hard to transfer from wheelchair but all and all was great and comforting as we navigate our new travel plans.

Summary: This is my first time staying at hotel that there is $1.07 fee for a small toothpaste . Considering the price of the room were over $300 plus fee , you would think a small tube of toothpaste would be complimentary . I am not comfortable walking barefoot on carpet . They are also no slippers accommodation . Bally’s do better . Your price is high enough to covers these simple amenities .
