Positive: Beautiful hotel & surroundings. The bar & dining staff were great . The breakfast was fabulous.

Negative: The hall door outside our room was opened multiple times during the hours of 12a.m & 6a.m . This caused us to have little or no sleep , also the accommodation team were quite loud having conversations in corridors while putting bedsheets outside rooms that were still occupied . The noise was also coming from vacuums being pulled through hall doors from 7a.m . We just wanted a small lie in before our journey home. I tried to discuss this with reception upon leaving but she did not ask about my stay . When I mentioned the issues she just said that's perfect thanks ? Hotel was beautiful but having no sleep impacted our entire stay.

Positive: What a stunning place to stay in Tralee. Located just outside town. Magic views. Loved the facilities in the place, quite palatial. The restaurant and bar were exceptional. Really enjoyed the meals and chatting with the bar staff. Room excellent value for money.

Positive: The staff were magnificent, the food was great, the location was brilliant and the decor was top notch. But unfortunately all the good work and the great attitude was let down because the management bought cheap nasty beds they were a real disappointment and uncomfortable
