Positive: The apartment is modern and in good condition. There's an elevator (relevant if you have luggage). Parking spaces in the closed yard are convenient. The host was friendly and responsive.
Negative: The host had asked us in advance to fill out an online self-check-in form, which was quite complicated and time-consuming (it resembled an application for a US visa, frankly, with super-detailed information and selfies of each family member with their passports). However, after we requested it, they agreed to receive copies of our passports by email, which we are grateful for. So a minus turned out to be a plus.) The house is next to an active road, so it may be quite noisy (especially if you want to keep open windows at night). Yet, there's an air conditioner in the apartment, so you can keep them closed.

Positive: We arrived almost 6 hours later then planned due to the train strikes. So we really didn't get to enjoy the area or property like we had planned. But the host was in contact with us the whole time and was understanding of our late arrival. The beds were comfy and the short stay was fine.
Negative: Its great that there is parking, but its a tight fit!! So a tiny car is best!

Positive: The apartment was large , newly renovated and well equipped. It was secure with keyed entry to property and apartment building. It had a new elevator.
Negative: I am a female solo traveller. The walk from the station was not very pleasant. The street the apartment was in ran alongside the railway line . You had to walk over a bridge then down some steep steps to access the street or you could keep walking to the end of the bridge and circle back (to avoid steps). It was a run-down area and fairly deserted to walk through, although there were trees at the apartment end.
Summary: Comfortable apartment but a bit far from the historical centre.

Positive: it was a nice clean entrance to the apartment amd the apartment was ok
Negative: but it lacked some kitchen stuff like a selection of glasses crockery and cutlery and many light bulbs were not working especially in the smaller of the bedrooms where there were no lights working
Summary: having had such amazing stays across Italy on this trip this one was slightly disappointing
