Positive: The apartment is in an ideal location. It is the strict center of the city, from where all the most important locations for sightseeing are easily accessible. We almost didn't use public transport except for trips to the beach, stadium, science park and transfer to and from the airport. The neighborhood is very nice, clean, tidy and full of restaurants, pubs and pastry shops. It is lively and full of people and energy. In the immediate vicinity is the well-equipped Mercadona supermarket. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay.
Negative: The fifth bed listed is actually a pull-out couch and is located 2m from the front door in the same room as the kitchen. In an apartment of that size that accommodates 5 people, there should be more towels. I think these are small things that are easy to solve.

Negative: The Windows from one of the bedrooms are useless, when you sleep there you feel like you are outside with the people drinking beers. Also the wind blows on you through the cracks, and it was cold as hell in the aprtment at night. Not as clean as it supposed to be, also when i raised some concers to the host he said that you get what you pay and what do we expect for this amount of money.. Definetly not 8.8 as rating, this is not suitable at all for families from my point of view, the amount of noise that the aprment gets is insane, if you go to a boys trip or something, this works because the location.

Positive: Everything about this apartment was ideal for us. We travelled as a family of three, including our disabled teenage child, and the location was perfect—right in the centre of Valencia, close to amenities and excellent transport links (tube, trains, and buses), which was essential for us. The flat was spacious, with large rooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and a clean, modern shower room. I personally found the beds very comfortable (though my husband less so). The living area had a big sofa, extendable dining table, and large TV. The kitchen had everything we needed, including oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, and even a washing machine on the terrace. Wi-Fi worked well too. The bathroom had a powerful shower, large sink, and even a proper hairdryer, which was a nice touch. There was a small issue on arrival accessing the flat, but it was quickly and smoothly resolved by the host, Fernando, who even invited us to a complimentary meal at a restaurant near the port (Som de Mar, which we also recommend). The food and staff there were fantastic. Communication with Fernando was excellent—fast, clear, and in English via WhatsApp. We honestly can’t fault anything about our stay. We highly recommend this property and congratulate Fernando on his outstanding customer service.

Negative: The apartment was a bit drab, in need of some tlc. Overall it was sufficient for our requirements, but little things like a bin and small unit in the bathroom and fixtures fixed would have been an improvement.
Summary: The apartment served us well, and the host was very nice and willing to assist when required.

Positive: Great location, spacious. Aircon in the common area.
Negative: Not the best wifi. Me and one of my friends work remotely and struggle a bit with it. Also, the host wasn’t the best at communicating. The cleaning service was delayed and we ended up entering the apartment later. I asked prior travelling if we could have it earlier and didn’t get a response. Luckily they let us leave our luggage.
