Negative: Couldn't open bedroom window, mosquito net didn't fit the bed properly. No complimentary water in the room like other lodges in Lilongwe

Positive: Very comfy bed, friendly staff, nice meals.

Negative: Loud music playing outside on the patio immediately outside my room, which was very audible because the bathroom window was broken and wouldn't close. Staff were quite confused when I asked for the music to be turned off and was initially told it would be on all night, though eventually it was turned down. I find this crazy, especially given the relatively high price for Lilongwe - please turn the music off without guests having to ask! Otherwise the hotel was fantastic so this was a shame.
