3 Bedroom House in Arncliffe

Bamboo house is luxury 3 bedrooms house about 200 Square meter with lots of beautiful bamboo hedges (Grisela, bandha and ghost bamboo), 5000lit ls Koi pond, located close to the city, airport, Brighton La sands beach, train station and other transports. Can accommodate up 9 people (3 Queen beds & 1 large sofa bed and two mattresses). Please do understand that its very family-oriented area and you cannot invite more people and the place isn’t designed to party all night. The House itself is located on a huge piece of land about 1500 square meters and contains three separate premises, a granny flat at front where I live, 2.5 bedrooms unit (Vista unit) and three bedrooms house (Bamboo House) at the back. All the three premises are very private with magnificent garden with many Varity of plant like Bamboos, hedges and gorgeous Pot plants. many items that you see in this place is very unique and you don’t see it anywhere else.

Please read before you book: It’s a very safe neighbourhood. The driveway can fit 3 cars and there are plenty of free unlimited street parking always available. The checking in time is at 1 pm forward and check out at 10 am. However, you can leave your luggage in the laundry at any time for Please read before you book. It means that if you can leave you luggage at the laundry early morning and check in later. Or if you have a late flight, you can leave your luggage at the laundry, have a wander in Sydney and pick them up later. There are security cameras in front of the house only for safety reasons. It’s a great place very close to airport, Arncliffe train station and City. Also bear in mind that only the number of booked guests allowed to the premises, please do not invite extra people presuming that they are not staying overnight. Unfortunately, we had cases that they invited over 10 to 15 people extra, saying that they are not staying, then it ended up strangers coming in and out the house, walking through front and back garden the entire night until next morning and causing me and all the neighbours restless and stressful night. This is not acceptable. This is a very family-oriented neighbourhood, close to airport, Arncliffe train station and city CBD. Loud music or partying all night is not permitted. You are very welcome, if you have a gathering with your group of friends or family having a reunion or planning to go to concert together, but you cannot play loud music or inviting many extra people or walking in and out of the house the entire night until next morning. Please let us know prior booking about your plan.
This unit is a great place to relax with family and friends. I behalf of myself and other who contribute to facilitate you stay, I welcome you, to my house. The neighbourhood is extremely safe, multiculturally populated and family oriented. Please do not invite extra guests with the assumption that they are not staying overnight. We are animal lovers, and I adopted 5 stray cats. They are very friendly especially if you offer them food. You see them wandering around the garden and chasing one another. They do not enter inside the house, and you don’t need to worry about allergy. Please let us know prior to booking about your plan. Summary: Check in process was made difficult as there were already clients in the property , I had to contact the host ( host did pick up the phone while on a holiday ) to tell the situation , I was asked to tell the people who had occupied the place I had booked into , we had to wait outside till they moved away from my booked place , it has a very steep driveway which is the downside ,good side is the proximity to lots of places around

Summary: We enjoyed our time at the Bamboo House. We were only there for a short time however, the accommodations were lovely and we were very comfortable. The host communicated very quickly and was very helpful. Would definitely recommend a stay at this location. We had a very early flight, the transfer to the airport was very convenient.

Summary: We loved the spacious common area which allows all of us to sit and spend our time together, TV with multi function was super cool, the ensuite bathroom was the best!! We had a little problem in the morning that made us had to check out late but our host was super friendly and allow us more time.. would definitely go back!!

Summary: We needed a place to stay close to the airport on our last night as we had a VERY early flight in the morning. Payam was a great host and was so easily to communicate with. — the house wasn’t great for having younger children, as there was a LOT of breakable items around, and I was very nervous about something getting broken (nothing did!) but the kids did love the fish! Easy place to stay for a large party needing to be at the airport — thank you!
