Positive: The staff are exceptionally helpful. The rooms are brilliant but activity areas are run down and need a revamp. Swimming pool is very average. Since our main purpose was to tour Udaipur this did not matter to us. We wanted clean and comfortable rooms and the power shower and facilities were very good (Sajjan suite). We mostly ate at the hotel and the food was excellent and expensive for Indian standards but we didn’t mind. The staff are always there to help. I cannot recommend them enough for their constant attention and dedication.
