Positive: As soon as I saw this bungalow I knew it was where I wanted to stay in Bandera and my expectations were surpassed. Communication with the hosts was excellent and all the information required for a smooth check in were supplied ahead of time. The bungalow itself had 2 good sized bedrooms with extremely comfortable beds for a great nights rest. The kitchen is very well equipped, nice bathroom and cosy front room. The outside space is what makes this place so special. The rocking chairs on the porch are ideal for an early morning coffee whilst watching all the deer roam around freely. The location is perfect, it’s only a 2 minute drive or a 15 minute walk to Main Street where we met some of the friendliest and generous people we’ve ever encountered. Also it’s less than a 5 minute drive to the Hen’s Nest, which I would highly recommend for breakfast and/or lunch. If only everywhere could be like Bandera. Overall it is so peaceful and a great place to relax.

Positive: The property was immaculate and very cute! Close to main drag of Bandera with easy access to restaurants, shops, etc. Loved the yard for our dog, and all the deer watching we were able to do from our front door. Terri and David were wonderful hosts, who communicated with us in a very timely fashion. Highly recommend! Well book again.
Negative: Nothing! Everything was perfect.

Positive: EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Great little house, much more comfortable and less expensive than staying local Motel/Hotel. Close to downtown and a great base to stay when traveling to other towns and attractions in the area; like Kerrville, Fredericksburg, Lukenbach, the Twisted Sisters, etc. The owners were easy to contact and communicate with.
