Reviewer Comments: The only complaint I have about the Property Management Company is that it seemed to take a long time to get the refund of my security deposit. It just hit my credit card account today for a stay that ended on October 27th. Otherwise, I thought the property mangement people I dealt with were very professional and nice.

Some small problems (TV in second bedroom didn’t work, light out in hallway), but the staff there did their best to try to get things right. Second bath was not as clean as it should have been. Been spending vacations in Harbor Springs our entire lives (70+ years), so we ate at favorite restaurants, shopped, and did a lot of relaxing!

It was beautifully decorated and with the exception of the carpet (stains throughout) it was verr clean. It does need a new toaster. The one they provided was broken and it would be nice to have more substantial flatwear. The check in and checkout were very easy. Overall a great unit.

Summary: Property that I reserved online was not available to be occupied because of heating problem. Graham management never contacted me as I was told 2 hours before I got there. Had to go to another unit. No apology no compensation, just poor customer service. Don't use Graham.
