Summary: No one support in laguage carying and not clean the room in daily basis. Otherwise, cool location and friendly staff.

Summary: One of the worst hotel disappointments of my life. Considering the price, stars and description of boutique, I had high expectations. But it was old in need of renovation. The all-inclusive wine and cheese had the disadvantage that it was not possible to order a good glass of wine nor a cocktail. It was only help yourself to cheaper alternatives. The room was okay size, but they had big chairs and tables inside so there was no space for two suitcases. I had booked separate beds, but that was not available. Not worth paying for a canal view. The location is excellent. Breakfast was really good, but there was a smell of fried eggs in the whole hotel each morning. An average 3-star hotel in need of renovation.

Summary: We stopped in Amsterdam for a few days out of a 5-week trip, and this was the best hotel we stayed in!! They are not kidding when they say they are full service. We had food and drinks available at all times. The staff was so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the area.

Summary: Staff were over the top. My issue is we arrived from an over seas flight at about 9am but were not put into our room until 3 pm. We were exhausted and had to remain in lobby for 6 hours!!! Maybe there could be a better solution

Summary: There was mold in my shower. Two of the nights it was 40 degrees out but the room had no heat. A worker came to look and said that the heater was broken in my room and that they couldn’t move me since they were completely booked. They gave me an extra blanket and nothing else. I was uncomfortable and cold while sleeping, but there was no apology or reduction in the high price that I paid. Unacceptable for the price per night.

Summary: An excellent hotel to stay in Amsterdam with lovely art deco decor. Centrally situated with the most helpful staff, offering guidance in every situation. The free drinks and snack offerings available all day were clearly appreciated by all guests.
