Nestled on Bannister Head between Mollymook and Narrawallee Beaches, Bannister Cove offers an architecturally designed penthouse fitted out by interior designer South Coast Living. It has four bedrooms, two modern granite bathrooms ( one with spabath), an open plan design with fully equipped designer kitchen, open fire, separate dining, lounge and family rooms, and most rooms have ocean views. There is off- street parking, it is dog friendly and is non-smoking inside. The four bedrooms contain a king size bed, a queen size bed, 2 x king singles ( two singles easily convertible into a king size bed) so you have the choice of singles x 2 or x 4 OR 2 x king size beds.
Marvel at the sea eagles drifting overhead as you bask on the large sun-drenched deck or in the spa taking in the 270 degree ocean view from Narrawallee Beach to Beecroft Head Jervis Bay. Control your shade by adjusting the remote control awning. BBQ and outdoor table and 8 chairs are also located on the deck.
Free Austar, wi-fi, large TV, DVD player and DVD library, ipod dock,stereo and extensive reading library.
There is a 10 x 6m synthetic turf cricket/ hockey pitch or putting green; table tennis table and darts plus the use of snorkles and flippers if you would like to go snorkling at the beach across the road.
Surf, swim, snorkel or fish off secluded Jones Beach (across the road), walk to Mollymook Beach in 5 minutes and its cafes in 10 minutes or Narrawallee Beach in 10 minutes, via an easily navigable bush track. Enrol yourself or your children in a surfing school including one run by world champion Pam Burridge.
Only 80 metres to the famous Rick Stein at Bannister restaurant, pool bar and day spa, all open to the public.
10 minute drive to the 9 hole Beachside golf course and club, or to the 18 hole Hilltop championship course and club.
500 metres downhill to Mollymook shops, IGA, Woodburn Deli and Tallwood restaurant (breakfast,lunch and dinner Wed. to Sun).
10 minute drive to the coffee shops, bakeries, delis, boutiques and restaurants in Milton.
Also a 10 minute drive away is Ulladulla, its harbour and fishing fleet, ocean pool, Leisure Centre with indoor 25m pool, outdoor 50m pool and gym. Coles, Woolworths, Aldi and Country Target are located there and nearby is Cupitts Winery and restaurant overlooking its vineyards, cow paddocks and Burrill Lake.
Other activities in Milton Ulladulla include bushwalking to Pigeon House Mountain and in the Budawangs, horse riding, kayaking and canoeing and boating in the ocean, lakes, inlets, creeks and rivers, and in the ocean diving, deep sea fishing and whale watching, out of Ulladulla Harbour and off Bannister Cove's deck.

Summary: What an amazing home to spend time with the family. Great communication from the host checking in on bed configuration prior. The house is amazing with rooms,decor,cleanliness and amenities out of this world. Every possible thing you normally need is take care of.
