Summary: I stayed at this hotel over the weekend and, unfortunately, the experience did not meet expectations for a property advertised as five-star. In reality, the service and facilities are more in line with a three-star hotel. We paid $600 for one night in a villa that, upon arrival, did not have a functioning door lock. I reported the issue and was told it had been fixed. However, when I returned to the villa, the lock was still not working. I spent nearly an hour on the phone asking to be moved to another villa, which was eventually arranged. Overall, the service was basic, and the staff lacked the training you would expect from a hotel in this category. Despite expressing my concerns, there was little interest or accountability from the team, and no manager ever came forward to address the situation. I would not recommend this hotel, especially considering the price point and the expectations that come with a five-star rating.
