Summary: My family and I did a weekend trip to West Palm and stayed in this property. The online pictures does this property no justice!! It was very spacious, entertaining, the home is beautiful. Communication with Zac superb!! I would definitely rent this home again!

Summary: Pros: The home was spacious and with lots of available seating. Great for a large group. Very nice neighborhood. Well equipped with most of what you need. Cons: No working lightbulbs in multiple fixtures and fridge. Window blinds broken, difficult to open. Master bedroom curtain rods not installed properly. Curtain fell off on me when I went to open the curtains for light. Ceiling fan/light fixture didn't work and the master gets hot at night. A/C doesn't seem to flow much into that room. Tons of dead bugs in and around the tub and on the floor in the master bath. Screens torn in the lanai and the patio door was propped open for a cord, so lots of bugs in the patio area. We specifically look for homes with a screened-in lanai to avoid bugs, so this was a huge disappointment. Dishwasher did not work. Owner said he was sending a handy man, but he never showed. Also found it odd that they put 2 queen beds in 2 rooms and 2 full beds in the other rooms. Would make much more sense to put 1 queen and 1 full in each of the rooms. We had 3 couples staying and one couple had to sleep on a full sized bed while we had 2 queen beds in our room. Overall I don't think we would stay here again. We know there are homes out there that are maintained better.
