Cute property, recently renovated, 60m from Joan Miro Park, walking distance to Plaza de España (8mn), Montjuic (10mn) and Paseo de Gracia (15mn). 1 Bedroom with 160cmx200cm Bed, 1 Full Bathroom and a fully equiped kitchen.
There are a few historical monuments such as the Monastery of Sant Pau del Camp, as well as newer additions such as the Rambla del Raval, and the MACBA (the Contemporary Art Museum of Barcelona) or the Center for Contemporary Culture of Barcelona.

Summary: The location is so nice, being in the heart of a walkable district but a quiet street. So many restaurants nearby. (And quick drive to/from the airport also) lots of taxis available. The place is clean and welcoming. Check in and check out were so easy! Host is super responsive.

Summary: Antonio was an outstanding host with excellent communication. Check in process was smooth, and Antonio even went as far as to send us recommendations of places to go and things to see! The apartment itself was clean, and pull out sofa was large enough for two tall adults and super comfortable! Cannot recommend this place enough! Thanks again for your hospitality!

Summary: 3 of us stayed for Spanish Grand Prix. Apartment is good size for 2/3 people. It is equipped with everything you need and is 10 minute walk to main train station at Barca Sants. Communication with Antonio was excellent. I will use this again and would recommend.

Summary: The appartment is nice but a bit dark, and lacks some basic equipment (forks, spoons, glasses). It is very well located in the Eixample and easy to reach with public transports. It is located in a pleasant pedestrian street. We had a nice stay : )

Summary: This apartment was clean and adequately equipped for our 6 night stay. It is a couple blocks from Plaza Espana and so very accessible to transit options. There are no windows to the outside, which is not uncommon in Barcelona. The only exterior light comes through the enclosed interior common area. One problem with the apartment is the electrical system. We could not run more than one kitchen appliance at a time without tripping the main circuit breaker. Even running the oven and stovetop simultaneously tripped the breaker. It was easy to reset right next to the entry door.
