Positive: This is the best place we've ever stayed in! The rooftop chillout area with a swimming pool truly made our stay unforgettable. The design of the apartment is beautiful – it feels like every little detail was carefully thought through. There's honestly nothing we would add or change. The location is very close to a metro station, which makes it very easy to reach the city center in approx. 20 minutes. Our host was incredibly kind and attentive – she genuinely cared about whether we were comfortable and if we needed anything during our stay. We really felt taken care of, and that made the whole experience even better.

Positive: Barcelona is a massive city so this apartment is about 30 minutes on a metro to get to most tourist places. The neighbourhood itself is nice, quiet and like most suburbs in most big cities. The apartment was very well equipped and the hosts were eager to please at every juncture. I liked the rooftop swimming pool and it was a nice way to wake myself up every morning in the cold water but it isn't really a pool you could do laps in as it's very small, so if you are looking specifically for a pool for swimming, this isn't going to tick the box properly.
Negative: I realise that by being in Barcelona, I was adding to their overtourism problem but having said that, all the things I didn't like, were because of it. The accommodation is very expensive considering how far out of the main city it is, even though it is very nice. I don't think that's the host's problem though. However, most other cities in Spain's mainland would be better value. Another curious thing is the climate controls in the apartments. According to the hosts, they have to keep the temperature at a particular value. It was much too hot for us and there was no real way to change it.

Positive: The apartment is extra cosy, warm and spacious. The living room is great to summarize the day and plan the next one over a glass of wine 😀 My friends and I (three women) had everything we needed for the few days in Barcelona. There are cafes, bars and supermarkets around. Also with the help of the very thorough guide shared from our host, we had no troubles to feel like residents in the area.

Positive: My favorite way of check-in process (just send me the code and I will get in as soon as I am ready.) No need to rush in order to get a keys before reception's workday end. Clean and cozy apartments with comfort beds. Iron, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, coffee machine - everything work fine. Nice location - 3 minutes to Mercadona market, 5 - 7 minutes to the Collblanc metro station.
