Positive: Location is good. Very large room.
Negative: The amount of renovation going on. I was only there one night but it was very noisy during the day. I was told about the renovations after I had booked and specifically that it was in a different part of the hotel. In reality they included the access to my room.

Positive: it is located in downtown and the bed was comfortable. My room was upgraded to a larger one thanks to the person who checked me in and had AC.
Negative: My room had another door shared with another room and was locked but in the middle of the night, someone was trying to open it, (maybe another guest out of curiosity) which made me wake up and be scared to fall asleep. I put a chair behind the door to prevent it from being opened easily. The next day I asked the receptionist (an old Chinese lady) who responded with no care and just said it's locked with an angry tone which I believe is her way of answering to everyone. The building is under some repair and construction and it gives you the feeling of unsafety.

Positive: The location is great, close to the beach, walking distance to waterfront, lots of restaurants around. Our room is a suite, it’s huge! Double the size of a standard room. The male Asian staff was very helpful with our luggage and friendly reminding us of bring a sweater when we go out.
Negative: No elevator in the building, it’s not easy to handle a heavy luggage if physically not strong.
