Summary: Good location, don't let roadworks put you off. Nice that it has a separate lounge area. Friendly staff and always had a smile. Apartment has everything you need. A little bit out dated but still good value for money, will definitely stat here again.

Summary: Very handy suites with full kitchen, laundry machine, even a view on the Skytower. Only the mattresses could be improved, otherwise it was a very good stay

Summary: The initial outlook of the building from the street was a little old. But when we arrived into the room of 22th floor, we were both blown away. It was quite spacious, tidy and the view from the room was awesome (sea view). The room was equipped with 2 couches, basic kitchen, an oven, stove, a dishwasher and even an oven! We weren't expecting this. The guy at the reception was polite and welcoming. The room bond they charged was said to be back into our credit card account in 3-4 business days. When we got home, it was already returned. The location was excellent and just around the corner from our favourite shops of Japan Mart & Chemist Warehouse. Only a few minutes stroll from the Skytower too. We would definitely stay at Barclay in the future for sure!

Summary: Beautiful clean and spacious room. Were in accessible unit. Shower handle didnt stay up and water went for miles! Bathroom setup wasnt very good! Everything else was perfect! After a long flight, i love a long hot shower! But water didnt even get hot! Have stayed here many times and will be back! Great friendly staff and easy parking.

Summary: We were happy with the hotel. Quite a lot of construction on the street outfront. When completed the hotel will be very good. Great location.

Summary: Have stayed at Barclay 3 or 4 times over the years and I’m not sure I’ll return again. The property is very run down, more like a motel level of furnishings and overall condition (broken door stops, carpet sagging/rolling). Good location and spacious when travelling with a group.

Summary: Our stay at Barclay was very good. A 2 bedroom apartment was great for our family of 3 over two nights. It might be a little too cosy for any longer, but we'd stay here again if in the city.
