Our condo is a delightful coastal retreat.! It is a great work from home place! We are taking every precaution with cleaning our unit between clients. We are using CDC guidelines.
Beautiful comfortable condo perfect for families or great for anyone wanting a space to get away from it all, or work from home!
Single story 2 bedroom, 2 bath, Bedroom 1 king bed, Bedroom 2 Twin and Queen bed. Living room has pull out chair sleeper and Queen sleeper sofa Sleeps 6. Very Comfortable, close to beach. Fully stocked kitchen. Ready for whatever meal you are prepping. Smart TV in Living room with and Basic Cable with Showtime movie channel. Fast Wifi for guest use. Great heated Lagoon style pool, shallow end for kids. Close to restaurants. Close to beautiful beach, fishing, and boating. Putt Putt golf closeby as well as horseback riding. Furnishings are beautiful and comfortable. Washer & dryer available to guest. Great private patio in back with chairs and a picnic table. Reserved parking spot, Garage available for long term guest. Plus extra guest parking. Great for big groups, Party room next to pool and other rental properties in complex for rent close by. Minimum stay 3 nights. We would love to be your home for the winter! Message us for our long term rates! We have a ring doorbell at front entrance and camera facing back doors for security. We do have a security guard on duty Memorial-Labor Day.

Summary: This was the first time our family stayed at a short-term rental property, and we enjoyed the experience immensely. The property was very nice, the kids loved the pool, and the nearby beach. We will certainly do this again. We only wish our stay was longer!

Summary: We arrived to a clean comfortable condo with plenty of simple necessities for a stay on the island. Plenty of room, outdoor seating, garage and even sundries to use on the beach. Comforting to know that after a long day this little retreat was waiting.

Summary: Our stay at the condo was exactly what we hoped it would be. The condo was clean and cozy. Our host, Karen, was amazing. When we had questions she was quick to answer and help us out. We will definitely be back!

Summary: Karen is a gracious and thoughtful hostess. She made sure to know what time we were arriving and left the lights on since it was late (made later by plane delays!). She responded to questions pre and during rental quickly. Rental is about 7 minutes from Mustang Island State Park, which we really enjoyed. There were plenty of towels, toilet paper, and trash bags. Rental is a nice size and it was very quiet inside. Only street noise we ever heard was a motorcycle every once in awhile and never at night. Having the little backyard space was lovely as well. Would definitely stay here again.

Summary: We were so pleased with this property. The location in town and even where the unit was located within the property. It was really nice and clean. They had anything we could possibly need included in the unit and that was really nice. The owner was extremely nice and quick with communication. We are planning on staying here again, for sure!

Summary: This was our family’s first visit to this area. It was just us and our two adult kids. What a nice surprise this property and location was for us. The condo was perfectly laid out for us, very clean, had all the amenities we could possibly need; and was perfectly located to the beach, pool, and local restaurants and grocery stores. We enjoyed ourselves so much that we plan to come back here next time we want to get away as a family for the weekend. Hopefully, this wonderful place will be available when we do!😊
