Negative: Not much natural light inside the property. Otherwise comfortable. A few cobwebs but otherwise clean. Toilet downstairs to bedrooms inconvenient for night visits. Up the lane and across the road is what appears to be a landfill site. It’s covered over with soil but has vent pipes. Could smell it from the road but not from the property which is back off the road up a lane, but smells could be an issue in hot weather or if wind in another direction.

Summary: Overall comfortable and reasonable. Would stay again.

Positive: Clean welcoming beds were made and very comfortable a nice welcome of tea coffee and sugar with milk and a packet of chocolate digestive so we could turn up get the key and have a nice brew before taking our bags in

Positive: The cottage had everything we needed, clean with super comfortable beds. The location was perfect for peace and quiet but just a short drive to so many wonderful attractions. The fresh milk and chocolate biscuits were very much appreciated.

Negative: There is nothing I didn’t like about the property.

Negative: Waaaay too many emails pre arrival, waaaay too many signs with rules on them (it's very unwelcoming, eg, 'cottages will be inspected daily' ), services should be better, we stayed 11 nights the water did not work for 4 mornings in a row, the wifi did not work for 1 of nights... the paid washing machine and dryer are ridiculous and should be free (or give your guest one fresh wash token... it also took out money without drying) there was no additional toilet rolls nor bin bags, we had to buy our own, no fresh sheets provided which meant we had to pay to wash towels twice during our stay.

Negative: Needs a bin in the kitchen for non recycling rubbish as going out to the black bin outside can be annoying also could do with salt and pepper at least

Negative: It was really cold, even if the heating was on full blast it didn't heat up the living room at all. As they allowed pets, there was pet hair everywhere, my clothes were full of it and I don't own any pet.
