The large fully equipped kitchen with grand island is great for entertaining and family time. There is a separate wet bar area with door to patio entertaining area. Ample parking for vehicles and boat. Property is close to restaurants as well as shopping. Other things to note: The Golf Cart is the funniest way to get around Port O'Connor and with our rental it comes FREE. If you need to rent another there are rentals in POC and will run $350 for the weekend.

Summary: Golf cart and big fenced backyard for one smaller dog make this a PLUS! Easy communication w owner, house is very comfortable, excellent location. Kitchen could be more organized and showers more uniformly stocked, each was hit or miss w soap body wash etc so I’d suggest bringing your own, and housekeeper needs to check closets for dirty towels etc, otherwise a great place for the price. Bring your own beach towels, but I think site mentions that (We brought our own) would def stay here again. Plenty of parking, good wifi and tvs

Summary: This place was immaculate. Very easy to contact property owner, very clean house, big driveway. Sleeps lots of folks. And it has a golf cart! We will be staying here every year.

Summary: Stayed here in 2021 with different owners and it was great, needed some repairs but nothing to detour us from booking it again with new owners. The place has not been updated, same bedding and stains on the floor. The internet does not work, there are bugs, and the washing machine doesn’t work. And now they are accusing us of breaking the back of the couch. No one sat on the back of the couch!
